Chiropractic is a drug-free, hands-on approach to health care that includes patient examination, diagnosis, and treatment. Chiropractors have broad diagnostic skills, including a combination of orthopedic, neurological, and radio-diagnostic techniques to fully assess a patient's condition. Doctors of Chiropractic are also trained to recommend and administer therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises and physical therapy modalities as well as to provide nutritional, workplace-ergonomic, and lifestyle counseling.
