Adia Watts received her massage training from the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in Sámara, Costa Rica and from Queensborough Community College. She is also a postpartum doula and lactation counselor. By combining doula work and massage therapy, Adia supports clients’ physical and emotional needs so that they may focus on prioritizing their own health and wellbeing. Her approach to care emphasizes safety and bodily autonomy, while maintaining a space of calm and empathy at all times.

Sandra Escalera is a licensed massage therapist with over 12 years of experience. Sandra received her degree New York College in 2012 with an Associate in Occupational Studies. Her services include but are not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, hot stone, cupping, acu-pressure, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, aroma therapy, and energy healing. Sandra is certified and specializes in oncology medical massage for cancer patients, and currently works at Mt. Sinai Hospital. Sandra joined us at House of Health to utilize her skills and expertise to help heal others. She takes pride in her work and absolutely loves what she does, which you will not just see but most importantly feel. She goes above and beyond to create a serene environment and an impactful experience.

JoAnn B. Castronovo is a licensed massage therapist with 20+ years of experience. JoAnn received her degree from New York College for Health Education and Research in 2002 with an Associates in Occupational Studies. Her services include Swedish, Medical, Cupping, Pre and Post Natal, Active Isolated Stretching. She always provides a calming experience rooted in her knowledge of both Eastern and Western massage techniques and provides a space where the client can receive quality restorative care.

She has been practicing massage therapy since 2008, being an experienced practitioner capable of providing multiple modalities of treatment for a diverse population of pain and pathologies. She is highly passionate about bodywork, providing the most effective modality/technique for a customized treatment for each and every person.
